1. Booking policy
Advance booking is required for all activities
Non-participating guests are welcome but are subject to a fee of £5 per person.
2. Food policy
Outside hot food is not permitted on the premises
Clay & Glaze Ltd is not liable for any issue resulting from consumption of outside food.
3. Collection, Delivery & Disposal
Items must be collected in person or scheduled of delivery before the designated disposal date; unclaimed items may be disposed of without notice.
Customers requesting delivery must email Clay & Glaze and provide a valid Royal Mail postage label (please confirm item weight with us before purchasing).
Delivery packaging incurs additional charge for the box and materials, along with £2 administration fee for handling and dispatch.
Clay & Glaze is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during delivery.
4. Children & supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children in their care of all times.
Children must not touch or damage bisque items on display; any damage may be chargeable.
5. Restricted access areas
Guests must request staff permission before entering kitchen or toilet areas for health and safety reasons.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using these facilities.

By participating in activities at Clay & Glaze, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. I accept responsibility for any children(s) under my supervision while on the premises.
